This photo of Frank was taken later in his tener as a guerrilla than the previous photo. It was likely taken around late 1864 or early 1865.
Frank James (right) and Little Archie Clements
This photo of Frank and Little Archie Clements was probably taken around the end of the Civil War in 1865 or so. Archie was a fellow Confederate guerrilla and a trusted friend of both James brothers. Archie was also an early member of the James-Younger Gang.
