Newspaper Assignment

 

 

You will work in groups of 3 people.

You may write about anything that effects you from this past year of school. 

We are not interested in National issues.

 

Your first assessment is to determine what you 3 will write about. 

These 3 articles need to relate to each other.

(This is a loose condition)

 

Next you are to research your article—your facts MUST be correct.

Your article must contain 3 quotes from at least 2 different people.  Feel free to go interview the necessary personnel.  If during class is the time that is fine.

      (Preferably from opposite sides of the issue)

 

On your page you must add 2 pictures.

 

Your page must fit on 1 page lay-out.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

Each article needs to be about 125 words

 

Layout will be Tuesday/Wednesday.

 

Final Copy Due Wednesday at the end of class

 

We will review these Friday.
