CD collection

 

 

 

You are to chart your entire CD collection:

 

In Line 1             a title at 24 + size

                             Merge and centered

                             Italics

 

In line 2               A       Artists

                  

B on           list the CD’s and the YEAR of the CD in each box

 

 

 

All Albums/CDs in Italics

 

·       In “A” insert a new column bumping your Artists to “B”

 

·       In “B” fill a color for a background

 

·       In “A” catagorize your collection

1.    Rap/ Hip Hop

2.    Country

3.    Pop

4.    Soundtracks

5.    Jazz

6.    Big Band

·       Cut and paste to the proper category

·       In each category alphabetize

 

·       At the end of the last CD in the rows:

1.    List how many CDs were in that row

2.    Next box type this formula

=SUM(#*15)  which is $15 times the # of CDs in that row.

3.    Fill handle the formula down your page                

4.    Total at the bottom using Auto Sum

 

This will tell you how much your collection is worth (or how much you have spent!)
