I moved to Michigan in May of 1999... a transplant of sorts. I moved here after meeting Jim online. The area that we live in is not much different than in Pa. The weather is little more unpredictable to me... but to those michiganders that grew up here may say that it is not so unpredictable.

Only being here a short time, I am still getting to know many of the things to do around here. But in the summertime the area is always having a fair, in St. Joe County or one of the other surrounding counties. And we have just recently started going to antique and hot rod car shows also around the area.

The winter season is a bit different. I am not a snow bug, so i have yet to find too many things to do outdoors... LOL Jim has told me that he wants to take me snowmobiling. Can't say that I would want to drive one, but ride on one might be ok.

I realize my list is small right now, but as I find sites of different places I have visited I will be sure to add them, so check back now and again to see if the list has grown. I will also be adding as soon as i find it, a list of statements on how to tell you are from Michigan.
