Our Michigan Club was founded in 1941 and is one of the oldest German Shorthaired Pointer breed clubs in the United States of America.

The German Shorthaired Pointer Club of Michigan sponsors: Fun Hunting Events, AKC Hunting Tests, AKC Field Trials, AKC Dog Shows and Sweepstakes. GSPCA Water testing, AKC Walking Field Trial and a whole lot more. The Club holds a Banquet and a Picnic each year. A newsletter is published to communicate club events.
