BO's Brewery & Bistro is open early for lunch and
remains open for your late evening snack. After
enjoying a special event at any one of the many
entertainment spots in and around downtown Pontiac,
such as The Palace, Clutch
Cargo, Have a Nice Day Cafe, or JD's Keyboard Lounge,
BO's can put that special finishing touch to your
evening.
For Dinner, we offer a large selection of entrees prepared the way you want them. Our many offerings
include Black Angus Steaks, Salmon, Swordfish, Ribs,
Chicken, and of course, you can't be a real brewery
without mouth-watering German sausages. After
ordering your beverages, your dining experience
begins with an exceptional appetizer, selecting from a varied list
of BO's fantastic recipe Crabcakes, Spinach/Artichoke Hearts Dip, and
many more. On the light side,our fresh soups, salads, pastas are simply delicious. After your entree, be sure to sample an after-dinner sweet.
For Lunch, our large selection of sandwiches will make you return often to try them all. Whether your choice is fish, fowl, red or white meat, vegetarian, grilled, broiled, blackened, or open-flame cooked, our chefs will insure that you can enjoy your favorite meal, prepared the way you like it. And to accompany your favorite sandwich, BO's chefs prepare daily our STBF ("Soon To Be Famous") Cheddar Soup, using a BO's Beer Base. During the week, our chefs' imaginations results in a wide range of daily soup specials supplementing our menu soup offerings. If a soup and sandwich is not your (brown)bag, you may choose from a large selection of fresh salads, or personal size pizzas.
For late in the evening, BO's PIZZA is Pontiac's
shining star! BO's Pizzas are available anytime of
the day until the kitchen closes. These personal size
pizzas are a growing favorite with our guests, as
each is hand crafted with your personal choice of
toppings. Also, a limited selection of appetizers and
sandwiches are available as long as the kitchen is
open.
