This is a page in dedication to the Maize and Blue.

There has not been a team with as much talent as the 1997/98 Michigan Wolverines Football Team, for a very long time.  They were amazing, taking the highest ranked trophies and awards. Including Charles Woodson's Heisman Trophy and Coach Lloyd Carr's Coach of the Year Award.

It was a season many Michigan fans, even Michigans opponents will remember forever, "The Glory Time".  Michigan went 12-0, beating their main rivals Michigan State University and Ohio State University.  Sure we all got scared at certain points of certain games, but come on, it was one fun struggle of the nerves.

Brian Griese said it best with:
"We played the toughest schedule in the country, by far. We won the Big Ten and we came out here and beat a tough Washington State team. I ask you, is there anything else you want us to do?"

It's okay Brian, you guys did great!

Wait, no...I think Ryan Leaf summed it up unbelievably well after the Rose Bowl with:
"They're a great football team. They held a tremendous offense to 16 points. You saw a tremendous quarterback out there in No. 14. You saw a better quarterback in maize and blue than you did in crimson."

Now that was sincere. That is how football should be presented and perceived as.
