Victory What we all hope to Achieve

I think that to live up to your full potential in skating that you need to cross train in the off season and as the season gets nearer start cross training less and less. On this page I am going to give examples of cross training workouts that I have used and that I think have helped me. I've also included training on skates. ALWAYS REMEMBER TO WARM-UP THEN STRETCH BEFORE YOU BEGIN!!!
