Unlike a lot of Cats rpgs now, this is just a simple regular Cats rpg where you play a character from the musicals or one you've made up. Then you jump right into the story!
There's not much explaining needed for this, but I do have a few simple rules.

No Fighting
Keep it PG-13
Post Every so often
And all the other common sense rpgs rules. I will take on people who decide to break them.
