STORY

One day, Jim, Steve(our friend), and Erik(another friend), were at Arbor Drugs. They were bored and were looking for something to do. So Jim and Erik dared Steve to buy a box of condoms. He took the dare and bought a box of condoms. He then noticed that the box said "tested 3 times" on it. Hence the name "tested 3 times"
