Having seen this species on sevreal occasions and at several sites from Red Sea, Arabian Gulf and Gulf of Oman, I have made several observations.

1. Red Sea Species does not have line joining rings around the rhinophores nad gills.

2. I have not found a specimen in the Arabian Gulf without the joining line

3. Off the east coast of UAE in the Gulf of Oman BOTH types have been found.

4. If there is no line joining the circles, there are more yellow spots, this may indicate one of two things

A) These are two different species

B) There is a gene for the line that reduces the number of spots
