Although the site is not yet finished, it still is pretty informational and will provide you with some cool information on my karting career. I have only been racing for one year. It will be my second year as of June. I started racing 2-cycle's in August, coming out of (cough) 4-cycles (cough) which I began in june of '98. My chassis is a TonyKart '98 100cc Extreme which was purchased from JM. I also have a TonyKart '99 125cc Extreme which I bought off of Marino Spinozzi (a young italian driver who raced in the Formula C class at the NAKC and is my karting idol) at the NAKC. I race in the Yamaha Jr. CAN and 100cc Restricted Jr. class with a 2-cycle yamaha engine built by Woltjer racing engines. I also am adding a new style of kart racing to my resume, 80cc Jr. SHIFTER a shifter kart class with an engine built by JM Racing. Eventually, 2-cycles will no longer be on my schedule as I hope to master the art of shifting, and make it my #1 class! -RESCENT NEWS- A little while ago I took my first taste of National Karting competition at the WKA Manufacturers Cup in Jacksonville, FL. I had never been to a national event before, except for the NAKC in which I finished 5th in the CAN class out of only 10 karts. This event was to be the biggest 2-cycle event I had ever been to.
