About the Ring
The ICQ Romance Ring consists of a group of personal web pages that contain stories, poems, greetings, thoughts about love, or any romance related theme that can be sent to others via ICQ. This web ring links together web sites of like interests to make it easier to view them all. You can visit each site individually or you can go to a list of all the sites in this ring.

How to Join

In order to become a member of The ICQ Romance Ring you need to meet the following requirements:

1. You should have the ICQ software loaded on your computer so you can meet and talk with other ICQ members in the ring. That is not to say that you can not join the ring if you do not have ICQ, it would just be preferable if you do!

2. Your web site must contain at least one page with stories, poems, greetings, thoughts about love, or any romance related theme that can be sent to others via ICQ.

3. Your site must not contain violence, pornography, nudity, racism or any other content not acceptable for family viewing. Any site in violation will be removed from the ring without notice.

4. You must place The ICQ Romance Ring codes on your main page or one that is linked from your main page. This code must be placed on your page within 3 weeks of submitting your site to the ring or it will be removed from the queue. If this happens you may resubmit it again at a later date.

How to Become a Member

1.Download both web graphic images to your hard drive or disk.

(To save the images to your hard drive or disk, right click on each of the images below and select save as. You will then need to copy these images into the image directory on the server where your web page is located.)

2. Fill out the following form with the URL of your web page where the ring is to be placed .

Password: Please choose a password. (Don't forget it!!)

Keywords: Enter up to 20 keywords to describe your site.

Description: Enter a short description of your site.

3. You will receive an email after you register your page. It will contain the HTML fragment that you need to copy then paste into your page before it can be added to the ring. If you don't receive an email with your code, or if the code is not included in the email please come back here and
click here to get your code.

4. After you have added the code to your page, you need to email me with your site number along with the name and url of your site in order to be added to the ring.
