GEW 98 Page
These are some pictures of a GEW 98 that I came across while on a periodic pawnshop tour a while back. At first I thought that it was a clumsy attempt at "sporterizing", but a few of the C&R list members explained that I had found a "duffle-bag cut rifle; probably a "bring back" from the war and cut so it should fit in a soldier's duffle bag.
