Tour of Litchfield By The Sea

This page consists of pictures from various locations around Litchfield By The Sea. I'll try to add a few more in the future.

This is a picture of me in front of Bridgewater. This building is comprised of one and two bedroom units. My condo is a two bedroom on the top floor, with a beautiful view, as you will see.

Here is the view at dawn from my balcony. It doesn't get any better than this.

From the door leading into my condo you look out over much of Litchfield By The Sea. This is a view of the condo community called Pelican Watch. These are 2 bedroom units.

As you look to the right you see the community named Compass Point. These are three bedroom homes which have similar exteriors.

This is a view of the pool at Bridgewater. There is also a lazy river, a jacuzzi, and a kiddie pool. On the first floor, inside, there is also another pool and a jacuzzi, for those rare cool days.

There is a large fresh water lake in the middle of Litchfield By The Sea. This is a view of Bridgewater from across this lake. Just don't plan on swimming there, the alligators might get ya. The condos on the lake are part of Pelican Watch.

Two other condo communities, similar to Pelican Watch, are called Heron Marsh and Osprey Watch. These condos are all three bedroom units.

This is a view of the large salt water marsh on the southern side of Litchfield By The Sea.

This is a view of three condos in the community known as Somerset. The building on the right is called Cambridge. The one in the middle is called Warwick and the next building is called Hamilton. These are some of the nicest condos on the Atlantic. A new building has been built, to the right of the Cambridge, and it is the Fordham. It is beautiful. I'll post a picture of it soon. On the extreme left is Shipyard Village but they are all sold now also.

These are large, beautiful, homes in the community which is known as Charlestown Grant. This is the place to live in Litchfield By The Sea.

This is a view down the beach at the area known as The Peninsula. There are still some home sites available if anyone is interested. At a half a mil per lot you better get one now, they're going fast.

I hope you have enjoyed my tour of Litchfield By The Sea. I'll try to post more in the future. Thanks for stopping by, now take a trip down and see it for yourself. Don't forget, ask for Bridgewater 526.
