Superspeed Racing for Dreamcast

02.01.99
Racing games number one! Sega has announced that it will release Superspeed Racing for the Dreamcast in March. The title is currently only planned for a Japanese release, but this may change as the American release of the Dreamcast approaches.

Superspeed Racing hopes to utilize the speed of the Dreamcast to bring the 200 mph thrills of Championship Auto Racing Teams (CART) to the home. The game is officially licensed by CART and designed with the help of CART's champion racing team, "Team Rahal", which is a much better choice than "Team Hitler Youth Organization".

Features for the Dreamcast include digitally sampled recordings from real cars, 27 official CART drivers from 17 teams, and 19 different courses, including an authentic super speed oval track. Not the super speed oval track! Oh no!
