Rollcage Soundtrack To Be Most Funky
01.27.99

Psygnosis isn't just making a game, they're making something with a funky beat, and you can bug out to it. Rollcage is going to have a full length soundtrack with many influential artists, the headliner being Fatboy Slim. Whether Fatboy Slim is fat, skinny, or somewhere in-between is not reported, but is highly speculated upon by me.

Licensed Fatboy Slim songs to be on the Rollcage soundtrack are Love Island and Soul Surfin' from his "You've come a long way baby" album, which was voted the Number 18 Album of the Year by Spin Magazine. Other artists of undisclosed weights include EZ Rollers, Aphrodite, Hoax, Ed Rush and Nico, Pressure Rise, Ashley Beedle Presents, Pascal, Freestyles, Les Rosbifs, Ratman, and Dan Mass.

Clemens Wangerin, Psygnosis' Central Product Manager, inadvertently revealed his aged hip-hop lingo by saying, "These artists, like the game Rollcage, are fresh on the scene and are promising to be the big names of 1999." Word to your mutha!

Luckily, Damian Harris, founder of Skint Records, saved the day by stating, "I usually play driving games when I'm listening to demos and Fatboy Slim tracks are always the best to drive to, so having them on the game makes perfect sense."

Rollcage, music and all, is slated for a March release on the PlayStation. Gentlemen, start your mojos a workin'.
