Infogrames has already sold more than one million Mission: Impossible carts for Nintendo 64, and now its looking to sell a million more by having the game appear on more game systems. Already in development in Europe, a PlayStation version should surface in mid-1999, followed by a Game Boy Color version in the fall.
Differing from the original Mission: Impossible, each of the new titles will contain various enhancements and a different number of levels. The PlayStation will feature a CD-quality soundtrack, a new menu design, and sample speech formats. The GBC title will allow players to link their units and communicate via encrypted messages.
