Those who played Quake II on the PC may not be excited about the game coming to both the PlayStation and Nintendo 64. However, if you are a console owner who has never played this stellar first-person shooter, you should consider Quake II when it comes out this March. Certainly, the N64's 2- and 4- player deathmatches do not compare to the PC's multiplayer options, but there are some surprises in store for the N64.

Primarily, these surprises are in the form of newly designed, mission-based levels not found in the PC version. Quake II also features Rumble Pak support and Save Game features that instantly put you back into the action.
