Goku is the main character in the Dragonball series and he is also
the strongest warrior. He is a Saiyjin warrior born on the planet
Vegita. He was sent to earth in a capsule as a baby when his
planet was destroyed(sounds kind of like Superman’s story
doesn’t it). He was the first Saijyin to ever reach SJJ1, SSJ3 and
SSJ4 stages. He is married to a woman named Chi-Chi and has
two sons named Gohan and Goten.
Goku’s first son. He was the first Saiyjin ever to reach the SSJ2
stage. In the beginning of the Z series he is abducted by Goku’s
evil brother Radditz where he finds out about his true power. At
that time his power was greater than his fathers. He helped Goku
and Piccolo defeat Radditz. He also helped Goku defeat Vegita.
His mentor is Piccolo. Who showed him how to use his power. In
GT he marries Mr. Satan’s daughter Videl and has a daughter
named Pan.
Goku’s youngest son. His best friend is Chibi Trunks. He is the
second youngest Saiyjin to achieve the Super Saiyjin form next to
Chibi Trunks. Him and Chibi Trunks are able to fuse to make
Gotenks.
Vegita starts out as an evil villain. But he later turns around. He
was always jealous of Goku’s strength but soon excepts the fact
that he is not and will never be as powerful as Goku. Vegita
marries Bulma later in the series and has two children Trunks
and Bra.
My favorite character throughout the whole series. He is the son
of Vegita and Bulma, he also has a little sister named Bra. He was
first introduced in the Freeza saga when he went back to the past
to save Goku from a heart disease. At that time he had already
reached SSJ1 stage and was the strongest warrior (yes he was
stronger than Goku to).
Chibi Trunks was very different from his future self. He was
always getting into trouble but was very strong for a little kid. He
was the youngest person ever to reach SSJ1 stage. He is always
with Goten. He and Goten can fuse to become Gotenks.
Piccolo is Gohan’s mentor. He trained Gohan for a year so they
could be ready for the arrival of Vegita and Nappa. At first he and
Goku were mortal enemy’s because Goku killed his father. Soon
Piccolo started to like Gohan and became his best friend. He
proved when he sacrificed his life to save Gohan’s.
Krillin is Goku’s best friend. He and Goku were both trained by
Master Roshi. At first Krillin didn’t like Goku’ and kept playing
jokes on him but soon they became the best of friends. Later in the
series Krillin marries Android #18 and they have a daughter
together.
