WHO WILL SIGN VIA MAIL?

On this page, you will find a list of players that myself and others have had success with via mail. Ofcourse, some players change their signing habits from time to time, so who you send to is up to you. I'd appreciate it if you would report your successes to me by emailing me. Boston Bruins

Cameron Mann - Responded to me in a short period of time.
Joe Thornton - Signed 2 cards for me in under 100 days. Well worth sending to!
Dave Ellett- A collector has reported success with Dave.
Jason Allison- Will sign for you.
Kyle McLaren- Will sign, but it will take a while.
Sergei Samsonov- Signed for me in 160 days, in the middle of summer!

Buffalo Sabres

Chris Gratton- Signed 3 cards for me in just a month time with Tampa. Definitely worth sending to.
Doug Gilmour - Responded to me while with Chicago, should do the same now.
Dominik Hasek - I think he'll return your cards rubber stamped.

Calgary Flames

Grant Fuhr- Hasn’t responded to me yet.
Valeri Bure - He should sign 3 cards for you very nicely.
Derek Morris - I've had 2 successes with him, one time he added a card.
Cory Stillman - Will sign your cards with a beautiful signature.
Jarome Iginla - He signed 3 cards for me very nicely in a few months. Nice sig.
Bob Bassen- Returned my cards unsigned along with a signed photo. Took nearly all season.
Phil Housley- This future HOFer should sign.
Jason Wiemer- I've heard of many successes with Jason.
Fred Brathwaite- Signed for me in just a months time. Nice sig.
Jean-Sebastien Giguere- Sent me a signed card. Will sign for you.

Carolina Hurricanes

Arturs Irbe - He'll sign for you in a short period of time.
Keith Primeau - This future hall-of-famer will sign 2 cards for you fairly quickly.
Ron Francis- This future HOFer is known to be a very good in-mail signer.
Martin Gelinas- Will sign for you.
Sami Kapanen- Great signer. Will sign for you.
Paul Ranheim- Will sign for you.
Bates Battaglia- Signed fairly quickly for me, well worth sending to.

Chicago Blackhawks

Dean McAmmond - Signed for me while in Edmonton, should continue to do so.
Anders Eriksson- A collector has reported success with this young player.
Ed Olczyk- Should sign for you.
Denis Savard- Reported as a good signer.
Boris Mironov- I mailed him while he was still with the Oilers and he was traded soon after. He must have taken his mail with him, because when the season was over, I found he had mailed me back 2 signed cards from his home in Canada. Worth noticing he included an extra signed card along with the one I sent him. Great guy to try!!!!

Colorado Avalanche

All the Players - All the players respond by sending you a signed team postcard. Roy and Forsberg send fake postcards as far as I know and I am sure others do the same. Don't waste your postage by mailing the Av's.
Ray Bourque - Won't sign c/o the Avs.

Dallas Stars

Ed Belfour - He sends back your cards unsigned and sends a postcard signed. I'm not sure about the authenticity of it though, but I think it is fake.
Mike Modano - Will sign for you, but expect a wait, 1 guy I know got his request back in 200 days, I got mine back in 86 days.
Joe Nieuwendyk - Joe signs through the mail, it will take a couple of months though.
Sylvain Cote - Will sign for you. Beautiful signature.
Darryl Sydor - He responded to me by signed all 3 cards. Nice sig.
Tony Hrkac - A collector has reported that he will sign very quickly.
Brett Hull - A collector has told me that he had success with Hull on 2 seperate occasions 4 years ago, I'm not sure if he's still good. If you have any success with him, let me know.
Derian Hatcher- Will sign for you. Signed 4 for me in 40 days!
Jere Lehtinen- Same as Hatcher, will sign, but it'll take a while.
Brian Skrudland- Should sign.
Sergei Zubov- Should sign for you.
Mike Keane- Will sign for you.

Detroit Red Wings

Chris Chelios - He won't sign your cards, but should send you a signed postcard.
Vyacheslav Kozlov - Signed for me in about 150 days. Nice sig!

Jamie Macoun - As a Leaf, responded to me very quickly, don't know of his habits now.
Brendan Shanahan - He'll respond by rubber stamping only 1 of your cards.
Steve Yzerman - He gets someone to rubber stamp your cards. What a shame.
Igor Larionov- A collector has reported success with Igor.
Kirk Maltby- This tough guy is as good at signing in the mail as he is at fighting
Nicklas Lidstron- Said to send back autopenned cards.
Martin Lapointe-Supposedly hard to get. I've heard of no successes.
Brent Gilchrist- Should sign for you!

Edmonton Oilers

Bill Guerin - Takes a while to sign, and should respond.
Tommy Salo - Signed for me very quickly while with the Islanders. A must send.
Ryan Smyth - Should respond to you. He did for me fairly quickly.
Roman Hamrlik- Should sign for you.
Christian Laflamme- This ex-Hawk will sign for you.
Roman Hamrlik- Signed 4 cards for me under 100 days.
Alexander Selivanov- Will sign for you.
Doug Weight- Signed for me when the season was over, but it took a while.

Florida Panthers

Mike Vernon - Signed 2 for me!
Pavel Bure - Will only sign 2 for you, but that's awesome considering his status.br> Radek Dvorak - A collector has reported success with him. He should sign.
Mikhail Shtalenkov - Will sign for you. Responded to me twice as an Oiler.
Rob Niedermayer - Should sign, but I've heard he'll only sign 2 cards.

Los Angeles Kings

Rob Blake - I’ve heard that he will return your cards rubber stamped.
Jozef Stumpel - Should sign for you, and he personalized mine.
Garry Galley - This veteran signed for a fellow collector.
Jamie Storr- A collector has reported success with him. He should sign.
Luc Robitaille- A collector has told me that he signed for him via mail.

Mighty Ducks of Anaheim

Paul Kariya and Teemu Selanne - Both will return your cards unsigned along with a signed picture. I’m not sure if there real though.
Craig Hartsburg- Will sign for you!
Tomas Sandstrom- A collector has reported success with him.
Stu Grimson- The Grimweeper should sign for you.
Guy Hebert- I've heard many good things about Guy, should sign for you, although I'm still waiting for mine.

Montreal Canadiens

Jeff Hackett - Should sign for you.
Eric Weinrich - I mailed him right after being traded and he responded after a few months.
Saku Koivu - Will sign, but expect a wait.
Trevor Linden- Should sign for you. Responded to me by signing 3 cards in 52 days!
Juha Lind- Responded to me fairly fast by signing 3 cards.
Danius Zubruis - Signed while with the Flyers, hopefully he'll continue to do so.
Vladimir Malakhov - This youngster will sign for you, expect a wait of about 90 days though.
Brian Savage -Signed in under 100 days for me.

Nashville Predators

Mike Dunham - Will sign for you in a short period of time.
John Slaney - Reportedly signed only 1 of 2 cards sent by a collector.
Andrew Brunette - Will sign fairly quickly.
Mike Dunham - I've heard that he'll sign very, very fast. A definite must send.
Sergei Krivokrasov - Will sign for you.
Cliff Ronning - A collector has reported that he'll sign fairly quickly.
Darren Turcotte - Will sign for you.
Greg Johnson- Will sign for you.
Vitali Yachmenev- A collector has reported success with him.
Ville Peltonen- Should sign for you.
Greg Johnson- A collector has told me that he has had success with Greg 3 times, every time in under 10 days. Definitely recommended.
David Legwand- Paid postage, signed a card and sent me a hand-written note in a short period of time. Will sign for you.
NOTE - The Predators are known to be a very good team signing wise.

New Jersey Devils

Larry Robinson - The coach's are usually very willing to sign. They are very fast.
Jason Arnott - I have heard good things about him, but I'm stil waiting for a response.
Martin Brodeur - Mailed me a fake postcard, as well as a team schedule and bumper sticker.
Patrik Elias - A collector has reported success with him. He should sign.
Brendan Morrison - Will sign for you.
Sergei Nemchinov - A collector has reported success with him.
Scott Niedermayer - Reportedly will only sign 2 cards.
Petr Sykora - Will sign for you.

New York Islanders

Felix Potvin - A collector has told me that Felix recently sent him back a signed postcard.
Olli Jokinen - Will sign for you.
Eric Brewer - Will sign for you, but before sending, check if he's in the minors.
Brad Isbister - Signed as a Coyote, should continue to do so.
Kenny Jonsson - Will sign for you.
Mariusz Czerkawski- A collector has reported success with him, although I've heard he's difficult. LMK on any other successes with him.

New York Rangers

Adam Graves - Don’t expect anything back from him.
Wayne Gretzky - I have received 2 signed cards from him through the mail. One card has his first name right above his last name and on the other both his first and his last name are farther apart. I’ve heard that he uses an autopen, but then why would both the autographs be in different positions on the card? I’m not sure what to think anymore, but your best bet would bet to get his autograph in person and good luck with doing that.
Brian Leetch - Don’t expect anything back from him.
Mathieu Schneider - Probably won’t sign, he still hasn’t responded to me.
Jeff Beukeboom - A collector has reported success with him.
John MacLean - A collector has reported success with him. He should sign.
Todd Harvey - A collector has reported that Todd wouldn't sign while with Dallas, not sure if he's the same now though.
NOTE - The Rangers are a difficult team to get anything back from.

Ottawa Senators

Kevin Dineen - Will sign 4 cards for you fairly quickly!
Marian Hossa - Will respond with a great signature in a short period of time.
Chris Phillips - Responded to me in 18 days and the second time 19 days. Nice sig.
Joe Juneau - Signed for me with the impressive Sens.
Wade Redden - Will respond to you with a beautiful signature fairly in a month.
Alexei Yashin - Will sign for you. It took him 2 months to respond to me the first time and only 9 days the second time. Both are authentic signatures.
Magnus Arvedson - Signed for me in 16 days and added an extra signed card. Well worth sending to!
Joe Juneau - Had a bad rep with Caps and Sabres, but signed 3 for me in just under 100 days!
Andreas Dackell - Signed a card for me in just over 100 days. Despite my success, I have heard he's a tough guy to get.
Rob Zamuner - Will sign for you. Nice sig.
NOTE - The Sens are a very good team for signing in the mail.

Philadelphia Flyers

Bobby Clarke - Will sign for you.
Mark Recchi - Signed in Montreal, I hope he still does now that he’s a Flyer.
John Vanbiesbrouck - Will not sign via mail.
Ron Hextall - A collector has reported success with him. He should sign.
Luke Richardson - A collector has reported success with him.

Nikolai Khabibulin - Responded to me in 6 months by signing 2 cards beautifully.
Jeremy Roenick - Will sign for you, responded to me in 2 weeks!
Bobby Smith - The Coyotes GM will sign for you very nicely in a short period of time.
Robert Reichel - Signed 3 for me very fast with the Isles, should do the same with the Coyotes.
Daniel Briere - This youngster will sign for you.
Keith Carney - Will sign for you.
Teppo Numminen - A collector has reported success with him. He should sign.
Deron Quint - A collector has reported success with him.
Keith Tkachuk - Responded to me in 88 days, will sign for you.

Pittsburgh Penguins

Matthew Barnaby - Responded very fast as a Sabre, should continue with the Pens.
Tom Barrasso - Will NOT sign for you.
Jaromir Jagr - Don’t expect anything from him.
Peter Skudra - Signed for me in a short period of time with a great sig.
Alexei Morozov - Will sign for you.
Darius Kasparaitis - Now that he's injured, he may sign a little more than usual.

San Jose Sharks

Vincent Damphousse - He responded to my 2 letters just before being traded. Should sign.
Patrick Marleau - Will sign for you in a short period of time. A definite must send.
Owen Nolan - Fame has gone to his head, he won’t sign.
Tony Granato - Will sign for you.
Stephane Matteau - Will sign for you.
Marcus Ragnarsson - Will sign fairly quickly for you.
Marco Sturm - A collector has reported success with him. He should sign.

St. Louis Blues

Al MacInnis- Hasn’t responded to me yet either.
Chris Pronger- Will sign for you fairly fast. You'll have to live with just a "CP" though.
Joel Quenneville- A collector has reported that the head coach signed 2 cards in just 8 days.
Geoff Courtnall- A collector has reported success with him.
Pavol Demitra- I've heard of many successes with him, although I'm still waiting for mine!
Pascal Rheaume- Will sign for you.
Pierre Turgeon- Will sign, but I've had reports saying he only signs 1 card per request.
Jamie McLennan- Will sign for you. Signed 2 for me in 90 days.

Tampa Bay Lightning

Fredrik Modin- A collector has reported success with him.
Kevin Hodson - As a Red Wing, he was very good with his fans. Should sign for you fairly fast.
Paul Ysebaert - Signed for me this year when in the minors.
Michael Nylander- I mailed him while with the Flames and 2 days later he was traded, but lucky for me, he took his fan mail. He paid the postage for me as well. Well worth sending to.
Mike Johnson - Signed for me while with the Leafs, but it took a few months, and will add a signed photo.
Kevin Hodson- Returned 2 of my 3 cards signed and even paid postage!

Toronto Maple Leafs

Wendel Clark - When with Tampa, he signed a postcard for me and returned my cards unsigned. I've heard from some people he just returns a postcard unsigned, I guess it depends.
Darcy Tucker - Will sign for you.
Tie Domi - Will return a fake signed picture.
Glenn Healy - Hasn’t responded to me yet and it’s been 2 years.
Dimitri Khristich - Will sign for you fairly quickly.
Curtis Joseph - I've heard that he doesn't respond, but responded to me with an authentic autographed photo. As a leaf, he has also responded to me by signed a card in 2 months.
Alyn McCauley - Will sign for you.
Mats Sundin - Will return a fake signed picture in a short period of time.
Bryan Berard - Good in-mail signer while on the island, hopefully will continue to do so. I'm still waiting for mine though.
Steve Thomas - Signed while with New Jersey, but will probably return a fake postcard. LMK of any successes.

Andrew Cassels - Signed 6 cards for me in 87 days.

Mark Messier - Will not sign for you. He's a complete jerk with his fans.
