Start in ready position.
16. Turn 270° to the left into right back stance (left foot forward), high block with right arm, side middle block with left arm (keumgang block).
17. Withdraw right arm and uppercut with it, guarding with left fist on right shoulder.
18. Side punch with left arm.
19. Side kick with the left leg.
20. Set kicking foot down into left front stance, strike with right elbow into left palm.
21. Draw left foot back to right foot to stand in attention stance, feet pointing down the center bar, fists in check position on left hip.
22. Step out to the right into left back stance (right foot forward), high block with left arm, side middle block with right arm (keumgang block).
23. Withdraw left arm and uppercut with it, guarding with right fist on left shoulder.
24. Side punch with right arm.
25. Side kick with the right leg.
26. Set kicking foot down into right front stance, strike with left elbow into right palm.
27. Draw right foot back to left foot to stand in attention stance, feet pointing down the center bar, fists in check position on the right hip.
