Start in ready position.
1. Turn 90° to the left into left walking stance, left heel raised from floor (as in Cat or Tiger stance), low knife hand block to each side.
2. Front kick with the right foot.
3. Set the right foot down in front stance and middle punch with the right hand.
4. Reverse middle punch with the left hand.
5. Turn 180° to the right into right walking stance, right heel raised from floor (as in Cat or Tiger stance), low knife hand block to each side.
6. Front kick with the left foot.
7. Set the left foot down in front stance and middle punch with the left hand.
8. Reverse middle punch with the right hand.
9. Turn 90° to the left into left front stance, left knife hand high block, right inward knife hand strike.
10. Scoop block with the right hand.
11. Step forward into right front stance, reverse middle punch with left fist.
12. Scoop block with the left hand.
13. Step forward into left front stance, reverse middle punch with right fist.
14. Scoop block with the right hand.
15. Step forward into right front stance, reverse middle punch with left fist. Gi-yup!
16. Turn 270° to the left into right back stance (left foot forward), high block with right arm, side middle block with left arm (keumgang block).
17. Withdraw right arm and uppercut with it, guarding with left fist on right shoulder.
18. Side punch with left arm.
19. Side kick with the left leg.
20. Set kicking foot down into left front stance, strike with right elbow into left palm.
21. Draw left foot back to right foot to stand in attention stance, feet pointing down the center bar, fists in check position on left hip.
22. Step out to the right into left back stance (right foot forward), high block with left arm, side middle block with right arm (keumgang block).
23. Withdraw left arm and uppercut with it, guarding with right fist on left shoulder.
24. Side punch with right arm.
25. Side kick with the right leg.
26. Set kicking foot down into right front stance, strike with left elbow into right palm.
27. Draw right foot back to left foot to stand in attention stance, feet pointing down the center bar, fists in check position on the right hip.
28. Step forward (down the center bar) with left foot into right back stance, double high knife-hand block.
29. Step forward into right front stance, palm block downward with the left hand, spear with the right hand.
30. Spin 360° to the right on the right foot into right back stance, bottom fist strike with left fist.
31. Step forward into right front stance, middle punch with right fist. Gi-yup!
32. Turn 270° to the left into left front stance, windmill block (middle block with left hand, low block with right).
33. Front kick with the right foot.
34. Set the right foot down in right front stance and middle punch with right hand.
35. Reverse middle punch with left hand.
36. Turn 180° to the right into right front stance, windmill block (middle block with right hand, low block with left).
33. Front kick with the left foot.
34. Set the left foot down in left front stance and middle punch with the left hand.
35. Reverse middle punch with the right hand.
Return to ready position.
