A friend to me is a person you relate to, hang around with, and just plain enjoy!! My best friend in the whole world is just like that, an all around nice guy. He's my older "Brother", David M. Ackerschott (we aren't related, but that doesn't stop us from being Family). As a puppeteer, I first got him involved performing with my Church Troupe, which lead to his inheriting the Director duties of the Troupe when the former directors left. Aside from his puppetry, Double D (his nickname, because he loves to eat Double Double Hamburgers at In - N - Out Burger) is an accomplished graphic artist and at the moment, 1953 Ford F-100 restorer. His truck, which he calls "Sweet-n-Low", is in the process of being fully restored at the hands of Double D. Along with this chore, David is also a manager of a Mini Storage Unit down in Sherman Oaks, California with his wife, Angie. Along with their duties of managing, David and Angie find their time filled with watching 2 lovely "gems"; their daughters (whom you'll see in the Photo Gallery below). In the pages below, you'll see some funny pictures of David, along with some pretty serious ones added to lighten the laughter!
