Be a Kid Again




BE A KID AGAIN.....
>Give yourself a gold star for everything you do today

>Dot all your "i's" with smiley faces or hearts

>Sing into your hairbrush (Oh, where is my hairbrush? oh, where is my hairbrush... {only funny to Veggie Tales fans})

>Dunk your cookies

>Eat the white part of the oreo and throw the rest away.

>Play a game where you make up the rules as you go along. (Ok, I win! That's the first and only rule.)

>Step carefully over sidewalk cracks (unless you're mad at your mom:^).

>Eat ice cream for breakfast

>Give someone a "Hug-around-the-neck" (Little sisters are the best for this : )

>Blow the wrapper off a straw

>Watch TV in your pajamas (especially cartoon, and extra-especially if you get up at noon)

>Ask "Why?" a lot

>Do a cartwheel (remember to stretch first if it's been awhile)

>Stay up past your bedtime

>Make a "slurpy" sound with your straw when you get to the bottom of a milkshake (Particularly in a non-fast-food restaurant.)

>Play a song you like really loud, over and over

>Make cool screeching noises every time you turn a corner

>Take a running jump over a big puddle

>Stir ice cream flavors together

>Enjoy your all-time favorite candy-bar (forget calories)

>Go to the zoo (don't forget to make faces at the monkeys)

>Squish some mud between your toes

>Ride a roller coaster two times in a row

>When your gum starts losing its flavor, spit it out and get a new piece (Or swallow it, or just add another piece or two.)

>Look down as you walk and hope to find money (Especially quarters, they can get you good stuff in the gumball/toy machines.)

>Eat cereal any ol' time of the day you feel like it (have a continual bowl- fill it with extra milk so you have to add more cereal after the first bowl, but then add too much cereal so you have to add more milk, but you add extra milk...)

>Wear a bubble gum machine ring

>Chew bubble gum (And blow bubbles, then pop them so gum gets all over your face.)

>Play with your younger sibling's toys

>Color in your favorite coloring book with your really cool box of 144 crayons with the neat-o crayon sharpener

>Try to style Barbie's hair in some way that actually looks nice

>Two Words..."Sesame Street"

>Two more words..."Veggie Tales"

>Wave at the drivers in cars behind you (Or the car next to you, in front of you, passing by your front yard...)

>Draw "tattoos" on yourself with marker

>Try to get the semi driver to honk his horn.

>Play the "He/she loves me, he/she loves me not" thing with a daisy.

>Eakspay onlyay inay Igpay Atinlay orfay ayay ayday.

>Make yourself a super-hero cape out of a bath towel and wear it all day.

>Refuse to wear a bandaid without a cartoon character on it.

>Play the "What?" " You've got five minutes to get rid of that word!" Game

>Sleep with a nightlight when you get scared.

>Read with a flashlight under your covers after bedtime.

>Play "Memory"

>Jump on the bed

>Blow into a paper or plastic bag and then pop it

>Do your hair in pigtail braids like Laura Ingalls

>Pick dandelions and give them to your mom

>Play the record slower or faster than it's supposed to go.

>Make up your own story to go along with the pictures in the book

>Watch your favorite Disney video every day

>Make a fort out of blankets over the dining-room table; bring every thing you need to live there for awhile- food, water, flashlight, pillow, toys, and a few neighborhood friends

>Insist that your mom make 'pasghetti' for dinner

>Show off your new backpack and lunchpail on the first day of school

>Beg your mom to buy you the latest popular toy that all the other kids have (right now, that'd be a Tomagotchi)

>Go to the local playground and play on the slides, swings, monkey bars,etc.

>Find a mud slide and slide down with a bathing suit on, covering everything in mud and then immediately run into the lake/river at the bottom.

>chase all the seagulls off the beach (or in the city, chase pigeons)

>Make mud pies

>Build snow forts.

>find a "paint with water" book, and show off your "artistic talent"

>one word: skip (or hop and skip and jump, or somersault, or gallomph)

>write a poem that begins "roses are red..." for your sig. other, parent, best friend....

>act your shoe size, not your age
