Peruvian Paso Partblood Pinto Horses
at Crescent Moon Ranch

We had a 15.1 hand Spanish Barb cross mare, a tough, smart horse with great movement. Dale gave this mare to Mimi as a Christmas present when she was a weanling, so she got a very special name, CM White Christmas. She herself has the rare medicine hat overo color. “Christy’s” sire, Entonado, was a frame overo pinto from the Wilbur-Cruz line of Arizona, and his mother was a gaited Spanish Barb. “Christy’s” dam was a tobiano pinto gaited mare registered Single-Footer. We bred “Christy” to Peruvian stallions and some of the offspring are pictured below. We have limited space for the “pinto project” so we must sell most we produce. We have now sold White Christmas and we have kept Raya Blanca pictured below to continue our generations. She has produced one foal by PJP Diamante del Norte in 2007 (sold). I am going to ride her and show her in FOSH shows for a while before breeding her again.

CM RAYA BLANCA - NOT FOR SALE


This is CM RAYA BLANCA, sired by RTP Casino out of CM White Christmas. She is three now and shown after three weeks under saddle. She is smoooooth and solid, and an incredible horse to ride. She has power and athletic ability as well as a locked in gait.





CM Conquistador - Born 2004 - SOLD

CM Conquistador is the one foal from White Christmas that didn't get the pinto color! He is pure black with only a small white dot on one heel. He is just like Raya above in his temperament, gait and athletic ability, and he will have a very full mane and tail. He would make a great parade or competitive trail horse. Registered Part-Peruvian.

SOLD - 2003 Filly DIA FESTIVA (RTP Casino x CM White Christmas)

CM White Christmas gave birth to this filly May 2003, a full sister to Raya! The filly was even bigger and huskier than Raya at the same age and has a good solid gaiting ability as well as an athletic canter. This filly has wonderful bone and is as arrogant as they come. She was sold to California. We challenge anyone to find better built, more elegantly gaited pinto partbloods. Registerable Half-Peruvian and Canadian Pinto.
