A Fallen Star
Last
night I saw a shooting star- Light up the sky above, Carrying away your
soul to Heaven- Along with memories and love.
The sky was crystal
clear last night- Lit up with sparkles galore, Fireflies twinkling
above the moon- These nights I do adore.
There were millions and
trillions of stars up there- Yours, the brightest of all, The Lord
could've taken someone else- But yours was the one to fall.
Last night
God took you by your hand- Up to the Heavens afar, To live forever, all
at peace with the rest of the fallen stars.
