1. PRICED TO SELL

The sellers have little or no information about the condition of the property being sold and buyers will be responsible for making any desired or required repairs. We recommend buyer inspect the property carefully prior to submitting an offer.
Several of these sellers offer special financing with expedited processing, low interest rates and reduced closing fees.
