Each year a member of the Annis family, who bears the name, or was born to the name, will be selected for the honor of being featured here. The subject will be one who has attained an outstanding accomplishments. The family member will also be awarded an Honorary Lifetime Membership in the Annis Family Association.

Lawrence McLeod Annis
<Lawrence M. Annis was born September 5, 1947 at Hayward, California, the eldest son of Warren McLeod Annis {1920-2013} and Fannie A. Lambert Annis {1920-2013}. He has a younger brother James Vincent Annis, born in 1952 in Hayward.
Larry attended Amador Valley High in Pleasanton, CA and graduated with the Class of 1965. He then attended California Polytechnic State University and graduated in 1969 with a Business Administration degree.
In 1973 he married Carolyn S. Miller and they had two sons, Gregory McLeod Annis (1977) and Keith McQueen Annis (1980)
