1st Generation - Thin Ty logo, name and style number on front, Ty info on back
2nd Generation - same front as the first, but opens like a book, consists of "To: From:" area inside,also with name/style number
3rd Generation - "Inflated logo", but same info inside
4th Generation - Ty logo, Star with "Original Beanie Babie" written inside, and birthdays and poems for the beanies.
5th Generation - Looks the same, but the font hase changed, and the beanie's name is now above the birthday, rather than beside it
