In this section of my homepage, you will find all you ever wanted to know about the isms of the world. Initially this was going to be a page devoted to religion, but since most "isms" are religious to a degree, I have listed them all.
So here they are with brief definitions please, check them out.
Activism:For people who do instead of watch.
Agnosticism & Atheism: For those who think there isn't a deity, or maybe there is, but it's not a god.
Anarchism:For those who prefer complete chaos or lack of government.
Bokononism:For those who understand the value of a religion based entirely on lies.
Buddhism: For the peace-loving follower of enlightenment.
Capitalism:For those who seek happiness and profit through material things.
Catholicism:For those who find salvation on Earth through ritual and Christianity.
CommunismFor those who like everyone to be really equal.
Dadaism:For those who seek alternate meaning in art.
Darwinism:For the believer in Evolution.
Deism:For the believer in the creation of things divinely, but that the divinity keeps aloof.
Exhibitionism: For those who derive sexual pleasure from public displays of nudity.*
Existentia lism: For those that put emphasis on their existence.
Feminism: For those who believe in the supremacy of the female gender.
Hinduism: For those who seek enlightenment through constant purification and incarnations.
Humanism:Too complicated to describe in one sentence.
Islam:Ok, not really an "ism", but would you want the nation of Islam after you?
Judaism: For those who seek the source of many "isms" of today.
Marxism: Not Communism or Socialism, this is different.
Masculanism:For those who believe the male gender is superior.
Naturism: Like Humanism meets Darwinism but different.
Nudism: For those who find clothes to constraining.*
Objectivism: For those who recognize the value of a healthy ego.
Paganism:For those into esoteric or occultic studies.
Veganism:For the ethical treatment of animals.
Vegetarianism:Find out what it's really about.
Wauism: The most user-friendly religion around.
