All About Little Ole' Me
This is my life...

What is there to say? I am a 23 year old graduate student majoring in journalism. I don't like grad school, nor do I like the people at the school, the program or the classes. I am currently working full time (I am a temp) and going to school full time. Fun, eh?

My only hope for the future is that I will be happy. I don't want to work in an office. I want to be my own person. Basically, I want to make no money, but be happy. I would eventually like to be a writer (first, an autobiography). I also would really like to own by own used book store. Those two things would make me a happy girl.

I like reading, art, music, movies, trivia, hockey, and track and field. I believe education to be necessary for the future of the human race as a whole. Hatred, ignorance, racism, intolerance, and all other kinds of prejudice are the sickest part of our society. These problems are increasingly hard to escape when you come from a small rural town in the Mid-West.

Besides those very basic things, I am also a cancer survivor. I was diagnosed in January 1996 with non-Hodgkin's T-Cell Lymphoma. I am now cancer-free and I have been since at least May 1996. As beliefs go, I am liberal, completely pro-choice, anti-prejudiced, somewhere between atheist and agnostic religiously, and somewhat animal rights.
