I am pretty sure the acoustic has a capo on it, but I don't know about 
the electric.  I assumed it did too.  I got these chords from two places. 
First, the Beatles Guitar Revolution, and second, from the piano book for 
Anthology 1 (which I bought, stole all the chords from, and took back, 
since there were no tabs :)).

I tabbed it like that assuming that there was a capo on the electric 
guitar.I'm sure those last two notes are played with a slide...I used 
a bottle of whiteout, and then a 9 volt battery, and it sounded similar.  
So I think it is played with a slide.
