Autumn Pork Chops

Cook Time: 25 Min.

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick (about 1 1/2 pounds)
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 cup apple juice or water
2 tablespoons spicy-brown mustard
1 tablespoon honey
Generous dash pepper
4 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles (about 4 cups dry)
1. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add chops and cook 10 minutes or until browned. Set chops aside. Pour off fat.

2. Add soup, apple juice, mustard, honey and pepper. Heat to a boil. Return chops to pan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until chops are no longer pink. Serve with noodles.

Serves 4.
