| ....Dec.13th 2007. ..... Yarmouth Town Council meeting..............Councilor Strickland very courageously brought up the fact that the public in Yarmouth is generally in the Dark....in regards to public knowledge held by Council and not properly made accessible to the community...... He mentioned a news letter...... to inform the public in detail of what was taking place at Town Hall...... and to foster public involvement and input and to seek the publics advise.............Pause............Councilor and lawyer Martin Pink.....and....Councilor and lawyer Clifford Hood.......pretended not to understand...... became evasive and changed the subject.......Councilor Strickland remained firm..........so it is time to act..............I will go into great detail on this matter later................I had been planning to send this request to Council in January but since matters are coming to a head.....I have asked that full digital recordings of all committee and Council meetings be placed on Our Town Web site.....in a spirit of openness and co-operation........ | .

The old liquor store on Main Street [that is a photo of it, a just below].....it's about thirty years old they will have to tear it down in about twenty years....yet they have dumped close to One Million Dollars renovating the interior...the exterior is an eye sore.................Now this is exactly why the public has a need to know.........and the public needs to know BEFORE...these decisions are made....not three months later..............

| ....Jan.22.2008......I have to tell you it is not easy to find out when the various committee and board meetings are taking place.....around here...in Good Old Yarmouth.........luckily ...with a bit of detective work......I discover the Joint Heritage Advisory Board is meeting at 4pm....today.....so ..off I go................This committee has not had a quorum since last summer........just about the time I volunteered to sit on this committee......haven't heard a word ....yet they do not have enough people.....curious...don't you think...........oh yes and the Police Advisory Board ....I volunteered there as well.........no word......I haven't even gone into law and order on these web pages......Yet.......I have some pretty interesting facts on that issue.........The Yarmouth Town Council wanted to put restrictions on your property.......but refused to allow restrictions to placed on the property they are responsible for................so they can force the property owner to retain the heritage value of their property .......while the Town of Yarmouth can destroy the heritage value of the public land on Forest Street.........no dice...... | .

Coordinator, Heritage Property Program for the Provincial Government........you will remember him as Mr. Pie In The Sky......who told me by telephone a year ago that my efforts to protect.....the intact Victorian Streetscape And Service Infrastructure, along with the original ornamental Tree Plantings of the 19Th Century.......he told me that my efforts to have protections placed on this Town-Owned land were....Pie In The Sky..............About 15 seconds into my question to Kevin Barrett.....he realized who I was.............here is the Recording of that exchange................... | .

| ....Jan.22.23.24. 2008.......Two Yarmouth Town Councilors....Councilor Dares and Deputy- Mayor Pink....With the assistance of Yarmouth Heritage Officer Linda Campbell ....Deliver the Final Blow To the ill-fated Forest Street Heritage Conservation District............................ This project was totally ill conceived and initiated by The Yarmouth Town Council And It's Heritage Advisory Committee. ..... I did not know about this proposed district until a few weeks before I received a letter From.......The Town of Yarmouth stating my property was one of 78 in this proposed District. .........................In other words I had little knowledge of the project. I take no responsibility for this nonsense..................I will clearly and bluntly spell this out.............I had put a fair number of noses out of joint.....in this Town....by the time that letter came in late......2006............a Fair number including most of the Town and Municipal Councils and most of the Town police force..............and a fair number of people with their noses deep in the trough......................I make no apology ........... What a disappointment to arrive in Yarmouth after almost 50 years to see what had been done to it.......... then to find out why it was destroyed..........then to meet some of the people who did it...................you can imagine................

| Feb 1st.2008 ....Yarmouth Town Council ....Wimps out again.....votes to rescind ....the letter they sent the Premier and the Health Minister.....complaining about the Tidal View Plans..........the letter was pretty wimpy in any case........far from being the ''stinkiest letter ever''....something stinks....... but Council's letter ....just wimpy...........and here is another of the endless examples of why the public needs to be involved in these decisions.........as they are being made....not once they are sealed... ............Digital Recordings of the meetings should be made public..........................as far as what is best for the residents of Tidal View.......Council seems interested only in it's Tax Base.....and so they should be........but the lack of interest for the resident's welfare....is disappointing..and is consistent....

A Brief Rundown..........So The Town of Yarmouth has no plan.....the Municipality of Yarmouth had a plan but they wanted to keep it secret........the SWSDAuthority...is constantly planning ......75 heritage types got together 3 years ago for a tea-party and to formulate a plan....and the municipal governments aborted ''it'' in a back alley ....because they were afraid they would become even more Confused......but your all so good at acting Confused.......really..........give us a break......... ...........oh ya........so I join a committee and the Town closes it down.....I volunteer for two other committees and what happens.................guess I am pretty unpopular...........Hey Jeff....how much Town Cash goes into The Yarmouth International Airport....each year....

Dog Shit....and at the same meeting the proposal of the ...Horse Shit....by-law....which was passed.......I then proposed the Bull Shit by-law....to the Mayor and some Councilors.....this by-law requiring that all Council members carry bags to clean up after Council meetings.........At that Time this proposal did not gain momentum.....I believe it is now Time to revisit this proposed B.S. By-law...........

Well Yarmouth Town Council Completely ignored my last letter [above] regarding the protections for the Town-owned land on Forest Street, they have been consistently secretive and under-handed.......I volunteered to help with the Joint Heritage Advisory Committee and the new Police Advisory Board.....both of these offers have been completely ignored......I am so ''surprised''.........the fact is.. these boards and committees....are nothing more than repositories for the flunkies and cronies of the people in control of this little town..........most people sitting on the boards and committees are easily malleable and know little to nothing of the matters they are tasked to deal with...and they seemingly make little effort to gain knowledge before making decisions....for the rest of us.....that is why our Town is in the hellofamess it 's in ................................................................Well I am painting my kitchen..in great detail..finally........I don't have any time, presently, to keep track of these jokers and their slippery nonsense............but just to keep them sufficiently irritated........I am launching a New Web Site ..... and I will see ''Yarmouth Town Council .. in September''....
