You will demonstrate some experience in managing in ground catering. Operations, operational budgets and sales targets,
developing strategic business and tactical sales plans, implementing and executing business development activities, ensure.
Service delivery for outlets, develop and implement of menu packaging, manage Food Safety standards and beverage licensing compliance,
and Human Resources activities, including recruitment and performance management.


This position requires a ‘hands on approach’ to the day-to-day operations of the business as well as strong leadership and time management skills,
to motivate the team to deliver a high standard of service and realize an exciting business potential.
