I started this site so if your down , you can come here to

check on what is happening or to see if anything new is added .

If the server is going to be down for longer than 15 minutes I will change the status to down.

Status:Dn - Down

The first thing you have to do is a factory default.

To do this push menu on your remote

then OK for installation

Scroll down to factory default and push ok

To rescan a captiveworks receiver , Using your remote

push menu

push OK for installation

For the Nfusion

you do all the same steps except , instead of pushing a red button on the remote you have to scroll down to blind scan and push OK

If you want the other sats you have to install another dish .

If the power goes or if I have to shut down for a while , follow this procedure.

For receivers using a computer do this

(1) turn off receiver on the back.

(2) close out RQ program on your computer.

(3) turn modem off then back on again.

(4) Restart RQ program on your computer again.

(5) turn receiver back on again

For receivers using just the modem do this

(1) turn receiver off on back.

(2) turn modem off then back on again.

(3) turn receiver on again.
