I have information that was presented to me in a briefing many years ago by the United States of America. I have read so much about remote neural monitoring that I now believe that the United States and other countries are using some of the extra-terrestrial technology I discuss here to mind control and torture millions.

At the very least the United States, Russia, Australia, China, the United Kingdom, and Canada have had contact with an extra-terrestrial species that is over one billion years beyond us technologically and seeded all life on Earth. Once life on Earth was seeded it was periodically artificially evolved by this advanced species. This species has a habit of seeding life on planets periodically.

Ever since the extra-terrestrials have made contact with us in modern day they have been giving us advanced technology. I will now discuss the technology I'm aware of.

Molecular replication devices

We now have machines that are similar to the replicators on Star Trek. We can select or program a particular item and create it using energy to matter conversion devices.

Molecular Teleportation

The United States and other nations have actually started space colonies in other solar systems and help to supply them with materials using a technology that allows atomic instantaneous teleportation. You select a destination on an advanced human/alien hybrid computer and tell it the source area or object(s) to teleport and it happens instantaneously.

Computer Brain Interfaces

We have devices that allow a computer to interface with human/animal brains. This is the device that I believe nations are using to conduct the "remote neural monitoring" that has become somewhat popularly known.

With this technology the computer operator(s) can mind control subjects. They can input false memories and remove memories from a human brain. They can input thoughts and filter out and remove thoughts. A scary reality is that this technology can actually be used to take full control of a victims body remotely. I currently firmly believe that this technology is what is behind remote neural monitoring.

Organ Construction Devices

Any organ for any organism on this planet can be constructed using this technology. An advanced computer is used to design an organ for transplantation into an animal or human. This transplantation generally occurs instantaneously using teleportation technology to replace the old organ with the new one.

Time Travel Devices

We currently have the technology to travel backwards and forwards through time. Every day countries play with time travel to send intelligence information through time for national security purposes.

You might actually ask if we have all of these technologies then why do V.I.P.s such as former presidents still announce they acquired diseases such as cancer and Alzheimer's. These particular presidents I believe feel guilty that billions of people have died and will die because a way to announce this technology to the public safely without catastrophic consequences can't be found. These presidents come down with a certain disease in their older years and decide to keep it because of guilt and a feeling that they are redeeming themselves to a degree.

If this information got out to the public then every religious person would then be bombarded with the fact that their religion is false and that there probably isn't even a God in the way that they imagine one. There would be widespread violence all over the world and world leaders believe that the human race isn't currently ready to accept the truth.
