SCHEDULE OF EVENTS subject to revision

The Gajaa Heen Reunion is scheduled for August 8, 9 & 10th.
On August 9th we have our public performance scheduled and August 10th is the picnic including all former
Gajaa Heen, teachers, parents, families, etc.

The Pioneer Park was reserved for the picnic on the 10th from about 11 a.m. until 2-3 p.m.
(rather than any of the shelters @ the rec) because of handicap accessibility (Judy, Donna & Nancy…).

On Friday, August 8th Florence Welsh (747-8705) offered opening up her home to have former Gajaa Heen Dancers in & out as their time permits.
Florence called and said Liz Dalton is coming to Sitka with her children. Liz will be staying with Florence.
Florence will have refreshments but I’m sure things can be brought there also.
At this point with some folks (possibly Dorothy & Nancy) having possible other things coming up.

We may need to include any former Gajaa Heen who are interested in performing on Saturday, August 9th.

We have not had anyone ask the ANB/ANS if we can use the hall for the performance on the 9th yet.
Their meetings are on Tuesdays. We’ll also need to inquire with Isabel and Anesha (SNEP Director) about accessibility
to pictures, tapes, video footage from when we were all in the program to see if a time can be set up for us to be able to
view, access, copy or whatever might be available.
