The most of operation system for indivisual use seems to be Microsoft's Windows family. The rest are Linux and Mac OS(Mac OS X after are Linux kernel).Actually 6PCs of mine are installed Windows familly and 2PCs are Linux based.
As for security,Windows family are much vulnerable than Linux,because Windows has not only big share but rough architecture which conbined browser and file system.
So it is very important that we are conscious on the dangerousnes and weakness of this OS before we accept Windows.In addition open sourse OS are not always secure in itself.To use open sourse OS we have to know basic knowledge of security and TCP/IP.
I will rely on each kind of OSs next.

The impression in Otaru after 19years interval

I went on short trip to Hokkaido on June30-1 July.This trip was after 6 years interval since last visit to Sapporo and afer 19years interval since last stay in Otaru.On the way to Otaru along Hi-way,I found the sceanery around Otaru has made big change.The previous coal yard at bay area has changed into the shopping mall for visitors which has once bankrupted.and there were a few people walking.The street on the way to my parent house has rusted.The 1/3 of shops along the street have vanished and remains vacant lots. The additional 1/3 of shops have closed.I impressed that street become empty.A few people can see on the street.There is a town of the old.This is due to the recent economic administration of the government.The goverment has cut rural ecoomy and cummunities to recover the economic growth of the centre.
the landscapes in Capital area and Northern rural are pretty constractive in their deep gap today

Sofra my favorite restaurant

I will show you an information of my favorite restaurant in Tokyo,although this is an out of theme of this site.
Sofra :The Turkish restaurant at Kagurazaka Shinjukuku Tokyo

Sofra means table-cloth. They are mostly in square shapes. Nomads put their food on a Sofra and eat over it. After the meal is finished, they take the Sofra outside the tent and give the waste part of the food to the animals.
The same named restaurant is likely to be in London and Istanbur.Afriend of mine who lives in Turkey told that Sofra in Istanbur is the upper-class restaurant.
It was about 10years ago,when I found Sofra for the first time.When I finished work on mid summer's Saturday afternoon. I went walking along Kagurazaka on the way back home.At first I tried to find a Persian restaurant near Tokyo Scientific Univ in vain.Consequenly
I climb up the hill then found small Turkish flag's mark on the wall.This was the moment I found Sofra for the first time.On that day I did not dropped into that restaurant then I visited on next weekday for lunch.My 1st impression was so nice that Sofra serves very delicious original bread and soup. On next month's evening I reserved two seats and visited with my working partner.I was first to see belly dance there.Then almost for 10 years I have enjoyed Sofra many times.
I do not always visit there with my business partner but bring my family. Sofra is familiar restaurant for my daughter,too.
I usually reserve typical Turkish dinner course,I found there were something different in the contents in the past 30times.The cheaf sheff Mr Mustafa Shamal's skillnes is so excellent that each dishes are elegant and tastes good. In addition the Turkish dinner cousre serves enough volume.
I knew there are good wines in Turkey at Sofra.Wine made by Muscat is sofisticated and fruity.Around 8 o'clock,room turns to dark and a beautiful Belly dancer enter the center floor.She invites customer,customer have to join in belly dance.Each Belly dancer has her own finisheing hold with very high skillness.I found their finishing hold is defferent each.It's looks so hard that Belly dancer become dripping with sweat within 10-20minutes.
Turkish Belly dance looks like traditional arts of Turkey.When Turkish familly sat in another table at the same evening.A little girl danced well with professional Belly dancerand looks like enjoying naturally.
I will tell you almost the harf of visitor seems to be woman in Sofra.
Sofra is the reataurant that I will invite my guests at ease.

vulnerability on Windows95 Family
on 14 June 2006 microsoft has announced that they do not provide any patch for windows95 family in order to fix the serious vulnerabbility of Explorer.
Generally to say,Windows95 fmaily includes Windows95,Windows95OSR2,Windows98,Windows98SE2,WindowsMe is the same operation system basically and Windows2000 and WindowsXP are the earnestly different operation systems in spite of their resemble looking.Since 1996 windows 95 family has been used among individuals,soho and companies as the easy OS to drop into internet world and office use.Since Windows95 family succeedes MS-DOS compatibility,architecture of user identification is quite infant. there are network function which did not take into account of the network security.Nontheless windows95 family has some value in its security.
The most of the people regard windows95 familly as out of date,as Microsoft give its support up.But it means that the most of hacker and anti social powers tend to neglect Windows 95 family.Actually malicios softwares and attacking methods fix their target on WindowsXP and Windows2000.So there is paradox on Windows.
I use Windows98SE2(this version is the easyest to install current hardware) with antivirus software,Antispyware software,Personal firewall and some configuration of registry.Off course this is my 2nd machine.Old fashioned Duron Processor(less than 1Ghz) or K6-II processor can run Windows98 very stable under the environment enough memory space(but only 128MB).1 Kind of Operation System

The traditional public bathhouse

I dropped into the public bathhouses in these days since last Tuesday.It is after 24years interval since I had visited a public bath last when on the way back home from climbing.Daikoku yu at Kitasenju Tokyo was the 1st drop on Tuesday where is called The King of public bath.When I found it,that looks like old temple with Japanese traditional architecture,tall cealing,painting art on the wall and three hot tabs ( one of which is located at open air).When I dropped into Daikoku yu,there were not so crouded;1 boy and 2 oldmen were there.I could relaxed in the hot tab.I am first to visit such a traditional style public bath house. this is a sort of culture of Traditional Japan.I visited Umeno yu on the 2nd day where is lacated close to JR KitaSenju station.There Umeno yu is much smaller than Daikoku yu.There were also a few customers at Umeno yu.This hot tab are 2 deep pools with high temperarure about 44degrees celsius.Quality of hot water looks better than Daikoku yu.
As some mentions,there remains Tokyo traditional mode
bathhouse at Kitasenju where time looks as if stopped .The drop into public bath on the way back home become my another fun in this summer.

I joined the meeting of ex-financial reorganization administrators of Nigata Central Bank(NCB) where is held in Tsukioka hot springs on 15th September.I had been a member of the the financial reorganization administrators of Niigata Central bank during late 1999-2000.Niigata Central bank bankrupted on October 2nd 1999 under financial reconstruction Act.On the same day we occupied at the head quarter of NCB,and stared initial implementation to reconstruct.Although I was first to manage this difficult mission and spent hard days without any holidays,that gave me the brilliant experience beyond pearl and price.All the clue stayed at slazy hotes for a first several weeks away from their home and then borrowd amartment.Consequently I stayed in Niigata for 1 years and left.I have not met any mamber since then.And I met them after along interval.the most of them has not changed in looks,but they has changed each jobs and identity of organization including me.We enjoyed hot springs,dinner and shared our memory on challenging crisis.

I get a chance to listen the most works of King Crimson in these weeks.I found the new style in their 1990's later  sound.And  I  am  listening to  The  League  of Gentleman  that is  Robert Frip's   another unit.  Really I enjoyed  His diversity.King Crimson is still keep  their change.I will listen to another  one . see you later.

Kate Bush Whole Story

Since 2weeks ago,I play the series of the tune by Kate Bush inPaltalk music room.The title of my paltalk chat room is 'Fox radio progressive rocks'(/music/Rock,Metal,Ska,Goth category)
I found the voice of Kate has changed earnestly in comparison with her early works.I preffer to recent voice.I enjoy the Aerial which is the most recent album of her.

Memory of Tangerine Dream

The coresspondent tells that Tangerine Dream plan to World Tour.But it's not certain whether they will come to Japan again.I remember Tangerine Dream stood on the stage of Shinjuku employees' pension fund hall in 1983.They played Logos so on.Sound quality of this Hall is the best among Tokyo,in addition I could listen to their play in the best position of the hall.
Play were chillout and I was quite satisfied at .
Fortunatellly I got that live record of Shinjuku 1983 by chance.

Gong is the progressive rock band of France and UK.When I was a sudent I had a special impression in this misterious but funny band.Now I have a chance to look back over their discography since Radio ghnome invisible trilogy to Pentanine(2005).it's amazing that they keep their activity and keep concept.
I feel they have 2 faces.One is the face featured by David Allen,the other is the face of fusion band inspired by Softmachine.I like both of them.
Now I try to get the new record of Live in Japan which seems to be released in last year.

Dream Theater

The Dream Theater of LA is one of a few progressive rock band in North America.the other, Rush and Saga in Canada. I listen to their all works in these weeks.I finished approximately 70%.There are a lot of live recordings.The Live in Budokan Tokyo is so exiting. I found that they have a wide range in their music capacity(progressives to heavy metal).These type of US band are pretty rare.I preffer to recent works of them like 'Train of thought(2002),'Octavarium(2005)'so on.

Area the Itarian Progressive rock

This week I have listened to the tunes of Area and shared in Paltalk chat room.Though I know that group since 1970's ,I have not listened to their whole albums.Fortunately I can get their CD's in 2000's because I have get enough earnings to get CD's.My Impression in Area is much Jazzy rather than progressive.Area reminds me of Gong in second era.And I dont feel their music old fashioned.My favorites are tunes in TicTac in 1984. This album is so sofisticated and easy to listen in background.I have bias on Itarian rock much melodias and sentimental like PFM or New Trols,but Area destroyed my stereo type thinking. It stimulates my brain.

Cunterbery Rock in 1970s

I listen to the tunes of Cunterbery rocks after a long interval since early 1980's.Recently I find I can get many tunes of this genera through internet shop.
As a matter of fact,I have not listened rocks for a long time,because I have been busy on work and crazy on HAM radio.But PC has got good audio quality,I can enjoy MP3s.
And I remember CAMEL and CARAVAN.these bands are still active in England fortunately.and I get some tunes which
I could not get in my days.
Now I enjoy listening Caravan's Live At The Fairfield Halls in 1974.
