I made the following bike ride today: As it turns out, the road at the end of this route I've laid out for myself is pretty busy, but interesting. I was worried about all the sun I was getting on this ride. I need to start going at night or get some gear which will keep me better protected. I'm thinking of ordering that stuff you put in the laundry to sun proof your clothes. I also need to start taking a once around the little block and stenching before taking off for the ride. A helmet with a cloth to keep the sun off my neck would be nice. I'm thinking something along the lines of (perhaps using that wide bring hat from LLBean with the neck shade built in. Recovering | Feeling sick again today. Sore throat and washed out feeling | pushups pullups crunches barbell curls bike ride School was canceled, even though I ended up going in because I thought it was only a delay, and I wasn't sure if my class would be included in the delay or not. I road around town on my bike to check out the post storm damage. Saw a lot of down trees and generators out, including one tree which landed across a front lawn with the tip of the top of the tree touching the front door of the house. Also saw some men up on a roof cutting a tree down which had landed on the house. Saw many home owners out with their chain saws. |
bike ride This morning was nice. Got in a good ride before I had to go shopping with mother and brother to pick out suits for sister's wedding. It started freezing rain in the afternoon, so it's good I got the ride in when I did. The clerk and Men's Warehouse put together a nice combination for me. |

bike ride - coach, juniper I'm feeling a little sore in the chest today, but not too bad. I'm definitely getting more used to the exercises. Big bike ride today, but very cold. Had to wear a mask. Should wear a lighter coat though to keep from over heating. |

I tweaked my left knee when getting up off the floor after doing an exercises. I didn't stop me from continuing, as I wasn't doing lower body, but I need to watch out for my knees, because they're obviously delicate. |
No soreness at all in any of the muscle I trained yesterday. I have adapted. I plan on giving it another go tomorrow. I may go swing dancing tonight. Update: I stretched my arms and noticed that the triceps are a little sore, the left more than the right. I think this is from the skull crushers. I didn't go dancing tonight, because I want to focus on getting caught up on my work, especially if I'm going to stick with all three classes. |

Feeling much less sore today. I could start up again tomorrow, but I'm having wrist pain in my right wrist. It's been going on for a while and is probably unrelated, but I'm choosing to give it rest.
