Since Coming to Montana, I have witnessed numerous cases of corruption and bigotry
This months racists of the month are the Montana Department of workforce services and Albertsons stores.
Photo is of Montana Workforce services white administrator and another stooge for the Governor Of Montana and his racist Ilk
Ingrid Childress and the rest of the white racist Montana Department of Workforce services actually supported Albertsons store in Missoula Montana actually conspiring to cover up racism and lying to the state of Montana Labor appeals board. The predominantly racist white board told me that it was not a big deal for companies to lie or to cover up racism.
My travels have brought me to many different cities and nations since my modest upbringing in a the very diverse South Bronx in N.Y.C..
I cannot really remember a time when there was not an African American of Hispanic or other diverse group of students in my classroom in the Bronx.
I have since traveled across the globe and have lived and worked for many different companies and after many decades I have seen some change. But, behind closed doors and so closed doors diversity in the workplace is still resisted by many white American's.
Bigotry is not limited to white people not accepting minorities. Although racism is probably as strong know than it has ever been in the history of our nation.
Bigotry in the workplace includes sexism, homophobia, liberal and conservative phobia, anti age, anti semitism., ans other bigoted generalizations toward various races and cultures.
From the earliest days in the United States when White men arrived and murdered and displaced native Americans in a manner not different from the holocaust in Nazi Germany. In Montana, The Dakotas, Wyoming, Utah, etc. Native Americans tribes were pushed off their land. Infected with diseases that never existed in north America. Native American women were raped, the men humiliated and their culture and traditions mocked by the white man.
The treatment of Africans was not any better. Human beings were bought and sold as if they were merchandise. They were forced to work on plantations and imprisoned by their white masters. It was less than 150 years ago that native Americans and African blacks were enslaved and imprisoned for the sin of not being white.
A little more than a half century ago many Americans , including the New York Times were praising the accomplishments of a man called "Adolph Hitler". Hitlers atrocities were barbaric. But, were the barbaric deeds of Adolph Hitler any different than those committed by the white man in the name of their god? Remember, the white man thought that blacks and native Americans did not have any souls. In the beginnings of Mormonism blacks were thought to not have souls and to have been punished by God with dark skin. While white people in the Mormon faith were thought of as the delightsome. Because the white color skin and long straight hair was thought of as a delight to look at
