Are you happy with the affiliate marketing income? If you would like make more, continue reading to find out how to boost your affiliate initiatives and get better final results. - what is affiliate marketing

How much do you make in commissions? If you're advertising the average ClickBank product, or dime purchase products on the Warrior Forum, it's probably just a couple dollars per merchandise sale. Of course if you sell a lot of those, all is well. Yet what if you don't?

Let me suggest that you consider diversifying your portfolio in the affiliate marketing products an individual promote. It should consist of at least the following 3 different types of affiliate products.

One) The Low Hanging Fruit

With Low Hanging Fruit I mean affiliate programs that are relatively easy to convert - and that will not cost much money. Cases for those include the merchandise you'll find on the Warrior Forum, on Cb, and similar places.

Many of them are priced low enough to qualify as intuition buys, and what these people lack in commission measurement they can easily constitute in volume, as you are good at promoting these people. However, the commissions only arrive if you promote, and as long as the merchandise is available.

2) Continuing Commissions

Even if you do nicely with those low hanging fruit items, you'll often find the earnings fluctuate... a whole lot. You need something to supply a more regular revenue. And there are products that are fantastic for this: those with continuing commissions.

You can find those on ClickBank as well. Only look for the little eco-friendly R in the product description. Plus there are other products which lend themselves in order to recurring income, for example autoresponder and hosting services as well as membership sites.

The thing is that once individuals have signed up for those, they have an inclination to stick with them for a long time. Just make sure the services actually do offer recurring revenue. Just make sure you know how the program works...

When it comes to hosting, some of them do pay out recurring commissions, although others, including a number of big players, just pay a one-time commission. If you earn lots of individuals commissions, getting only one-time payments can work for you. Otherwise, why not get a program that pays off you more than once.

3) High Paying Affiliate marketing programs

Finally, you should also have a very few high paying out affiliate programs in your portfolio. A lot of people are afraid to advertise them since they think they are difficult to sell.

That's not necessarily the situation. If you market these to the right audience, they aren't all that hard to sell, and the pay-off can be huge.

So while they might not come in quite as often as the low clinging fruit, they can give your overall earning a big boost. That makes these a terrific "third leg" for a strong affiliate marketing portfolio. - what is affiliate marketing
