Website Development :
· Website will be developed as per client’s choice of Color, Style & Graphics. Any structural changes after the completion of the site are chargeable and have to be paid by the client.
· Business & Product Related Information, Contents and texts of the website is to be provided by the client, and Moz Web Development does not take any responsibility on false or incorrect information.
· Any changes in the site will be made within 24 working hours after client's request.
· Required Features, specifications & input/output is to be discussed before the final project cost of any website is estimated. If such changes are requested and not mentioned before, it might be chargeable extra other than the Project Cost.
· Since Domain and hosting done on Shared server basis, login for the same cannot be provided to the client. However, any changes like DNS etc will be done as per client’s request. For hosting, we provide FTP Login for the site, if included in the package, after client’s request.Website designing in Gujarat
· 3 Free Emails on domain name is provided along with regular packages, which be auto forwarded to client’s personal emails as per request.
· Photography of the Client’s Business is limited to 50 for Regular Package, 200 for Premium Package, and is to be done on a single day. Photography outside Kolkata or Extra Photography other than mentioned above will be chargeable and has to be paid by the client upfront.
· For anything other than Design and Development, like Printing etc are done by Third Party and we do not take any responsibility for the quality of such services or items.
Search Engine Optimization :
· SEO (Search Engine Optimization) depends on Google entirely, so we do not guarantee any results in this regard, we only provide expected results.
· Keywords are to be suggested by the client for SEO.
· SEO payments are monthly recurring, and have be paid by the client within the 5th Date of every month, failing which that particular service may cease to exist.
Google Business Registration :
· Business Registration is done online is postal serviceable areas. May be valid for remote areas or distant villages.
Website Maintenances :
· Maintenances is Free for first year only, after that one yearly maintenance charge will be applicable for any graphics, color or text change.
· If change is requested by client after the completion of the website, Changes in graphics, color or text have to provided by the client.
· Any changes in the site will be made within 24 working hours after client's request.
· Complex coding change or structure change will be done within 7 working days, provided payment for the same is done upfront, before we begin the changes.
· There will be yearly charge for Domain & Hosting, which has be paid by the client every year, failing which website will be shut down, and any agreement between Client and Moz Web Development will be null & void.
· Any other charges which has be paid on regular interval will be notified to client and have be paid by the client every year, failing which that particular service may cease to exist.
eCommerce Systems :
· Moz Web Development Only Provides technical assistance about the online payment ecommerce system, any dispute regarding any payment, shipment or any other legal issues is to be consulted with the concerned authority.
· Documents or criteria required for Online payment Portal, Amazon or Google has to be provided by the client.
· Any new charges applicable to Online payment Portal, Amazon or Google have to be paid by the client, failing which that particular service may cease to exist.
· We do not take any liability in Online Payment Portal (Like CCAvenue, BillDesk etc), Amazon or Google policy changes. Any changes in their policy or required documents will be notified to client and client has to respond according to that.
