Computer Applications

Overview

Computer Applications is a valuable course in which you will learn to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Publisher. Not only will you get an in-depth knowledge of each, but you will learn how to use these applications together. Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet application in which you can write many formulas and use built in functions to manipulate numbers. Microsoft PowerPoint is a presentatoin software package, and Access is a database management system. Microsoft Publisher is software which allows you to create a wide variety of documents, from business cards to brochures.
