Skin and hair care has become an essential aspect of our daily life as both women and men have become busy with their daily routine. To avoid any work related stress, pollution, allergies and other ailments, one need to concentrate on his or her skin and hair.I create this site after working on my own skin and hair care recipes and realizing them to be fruitful and of-course very economical.

A facial is a procedure involving a variety of skin treatments, including: steam, exfoliation, extraction, creams, lotions, facial masks, peels, and massage. It is normally performed in a beauty salon or in a spa.

But here you will find the easiest way to do facial at home.

Note:  Any facial will start with three basic steps- Cleansing, Scrubbing, Steaming and Toning:

Cleansing:  One can use a good branded cleanser(often available at stores) or can prepare a home made cleanser.

Recipe for Home made cleanser:

Mix two table spoons of milk with one table spoon of lemon juice thoroughly and apply on face and neck and massage for a minute and wipe with cotton.

Scrubbing: One can use a good branded scrub(often available at stores) or can prepare a home made scrub.

Recipe for Home made Scrub:

Mix one table spoon of honey with half teaspoon of baking soda and few drops of olive/almond oil and massage your face and neck gently.

Steaming:One can use a facial steamer which is available at stores or can boil water and put a few drops of aromatic oil or tulsi/basil leaves and can take the steam by covering your face with a towel.

Toner:

Often available at stores.

Bleach:

Many bleaching products are available in the market but I prefer a natural bleach.

Do not bleach often as it is harmful to your skin. Instead, one can use tomato juice or a lime to bleach which is safe.
