Distinguishing Features: Normally just the eyes and hair. Ty's wings have to be
summoned and they're made completely of fire.
Clothes: Ty cares more about comfort than style. He's almost always wearing a
t-shirt and jeans although he occasionally throws a polo or sweater on over the
shirt.

History: Ty comes from an obviously large family. The Astraureus family is an elemental
fairy line. Ty's family is painfully boring. They've lived amongst humans for
centuries thanks to their wings only being present when they want them to be.
Being the baby of the family Ty has always been a little spoiled by both his
parents and his many many sisters. His brothers however kept him grounded by
generally making his life hell when nobody else was around. However his brothers
also instilled a very atheletic spirit in him at an early age. Because of the
constant torment from them he also learned to fight at an early age, a skill he
honed more as he grew up.
Ty grew up in a rather affluent environment in upstate new york but his family
never considered money a very important factor in life so he
never got snobby. Since Ty's eyes and hair are pretty unusual his mother used
glamours to hide them when he was young allowing him to attended normal public
school until the third grade when he begged his parents to send him to private
school so he could study magic and be around other magical children. After much
thought they conceded and allowed it.
Ty had been shy and quiet in public school, but made a complete 180 when he
started attending private school and no longer had to feel abnormal amongst the
other children. He went to school without hiding who he was and quickly became
much more outspoken.
Ty met and became friends with Nate Deuspreto during their freshmen year of
high school. They lost contact during their senior year though when Ty was
accepted into a Study-Abroad program that moved him to england for the year.
Ty now attends U of S just like all of his siblings did when they were his age.
His only problem is trying to live up to how well they all did. His brothers
were all spectacular athletes and his sisters all excelled academically.
Personality: Ty is extremely friendly and a little bit goofy. He likes pulling
pranks and playing jokes, but only in good fun. He never does anything really
obnoxious or mean. He tries to see the best in everyone, even if there's not a
lot to work with. However he's also very self conscious about his family and his
eyes and insulting either will earn his scorn.
He does have a bit of a temper though. Messing with any of his friends will
spark it in an instant.
Powers/Abilities: Ty is a fire elemental. He has innate pyrokinetic
abilities and very very minor telekinetic abilities. The full some of his
telekinesis is a quick push. However his pyrokinesis is well trained.
Their is a downside in that his fire abilities are tied to his emotions so
inciting his temper will cause them to flare up, no pun intended.
He could train his magical abilities better just like any fae, but he's kind of
lazy with that stuff.

Other: Ty is also gay but is open about it. He possesses a beautiful
singing voice.

of music (punk and rock especially) but loves 60's music.

Fave color: Blue.
Worst Fear: Water. He can handle it as far as showering and drinking go but
other than that no. He's not even particularly fond of showering
and prefers to use his wings to just incinerate the dirt off whenever possible.
He won't take baths and you can forget about swimming.
