The Eon is the entry-level model in the Hyundai lineup. The small car is developed specifically for India and is positioned below the Hyundai Santro and the i10. The Korean manufacturer has designed this model for sale in India and is based on its fluidic design philosophy. Hyundai EON is undoubtedly a head-turner. It achieves a dynamic look with its flowing curves and strong character lines. 


The Hyundai Eon is equipped with 1.0l Kappa engine and efficient iRDE technology and is powered by 998cc three-cylinder petrol engine that develops 68 bhp and 96 Nm of torque. It gives a superior fuel mileage of 21.1 km/l which is going to last you for those long drives. This car is provided with ample space in front and rear and is perfect for a full family outing.

 

 


The exterior is classy and fitted with features like Futuristic Head lamps, Integrated Spoiler and Stylish tail lamps. The door handles & mirrors match the body car of the car. The bucket type front seats and large boot space ensures a comfortable ride. A high-mounted LED stop lamp built into the roof-mounted rear spoiler makes for safer braking and aerodynamic efficiency. The dimensions of the car includes an overall length of 3495 mm, width of 1500 mm and wheelbase of Eon is 2380 mm.

 

 


Centre console features tiny chrome dipped buttons, Power windows, internally adjustable outside mirrors, keyless entry and centre locking, rear parcel tray, cup holders, bottle holders, integrated music system with many advanced features, like radio, CD player, AUX-in, ipod connectivity and USB connectivity are extra features that pack a punch and is going to attract any buyer. You can be rest assured of your safety with the installation of remote keyless entry, driver airbag and reinforced body structure, self-restraining seat belts for the driver and all the passengers, child safety lock on the rear doors, remote control security system, engine mobilizers and more. 

The Hyundai Eon is available in 8 variants including 5 petrol variants of D-lite, D-lite+, Era+, Magna+ and Sportz and 3 LPG variants of D-lite+, Era+ and Magna+. The only drawback of this car is that it is unavailable in a CNG variant. While the basic version is absolutely stripped to base essentials, the top-end Manga Sportz variant has a decent features list that includes driver-side airbag. 

 

 

 

The Hyundai Eon on road price for different variants ranges from Rs 3.7 lakh for the base variants to Rs 5.18 lakh for the top end ones. The price of Hyundai Eon varies from Rs 3.36 lakh for the base D-Lite variant to Rs 4.64 lakh for the top end 1.0 Kappa Magna (O) AirBag variant.
