An old sailor once said, if you want to know a person for what they really are? Take'em out on a boat.
The atmosphere just draws the truth out of everyone ! That old sailor was my Grandad.
My Dad, who is now 70, has spent most of his life on and around Boats and the Sea. He said boating is
the last natural frontier of true freedom for every Man, Woman and Child on this Earth.
I'm now 48 and that statement seems more accurate with each passing year.
For some, boating is a way of life some say you're born to it, it's in your blood. Many do it to support their family.
Others do it because for them it is a valued resource for which friendships and bonds are built and lived.
No matter what your initial reasons are there is always for everyone, young or old, rich or not so rich,
a hidden inner desire to hop on board, sail out the cut past the last sea buoy and onto the open ocean.
This, calls to the very essence of people worldwide who find that common bond of freedom and all that is Boating and the Sea!
