A Non Government Organization is registered as a Society under Indian Societies Act 1860. It takes a period of one to two months time roughly for the registration of Society from the date of filing of the application. A Society is formed at both state and National Level. Minimum 7 members are required in the formation of society for state level where in case of nationwide level development, minimum 8 members are needed from different state each.
