Account holder -any person with his or her name on account.

 

 

1) All account holders will be required to make a minimum deposit of $20.00 a week or one deposit of $80.00 a month or one deposit of any large amount of money that will cover the $20.00's a week for however long the money lasts. I. E. If you deposit $200.00 you will not be required to make another deposit for 10 weeks. All receipts of deposits will be given to Chris to put into records.

 

 

2) All account uses must be approved by a majority of account holders. Failure to get approval by a majority will result in disciplinary action decided by the majority of account holders.

 

 

3) All account activity will be made available to all account holders to review on a website. All records of deposit and withdrawal receipts and other account related papers will be kept at Christopher Webb's storage into a file that is available for review by any account holder upon request. Any account holder may request an investigation on any account activity at any time.

 

 

4) If any account holder is unable to attend a majority approved event they may elect to have their portion of the money set aside for another event. If any account holder is unable to be contacted about an event or fails to vote on an event but it is still a majority approved event and does not attend it will be assumed that they want their portion of the money set aside.

 

 

5) If an emergency comes up where an account holder needs the money they have contributed it is strongly recommended they not withdrawal it but if need be they must inform all account holders and have at least one other account holder present at time of withdrawal to be a witness. Receipt will be signed by both account holders and placed into records ASAP. Website will show both names and amount. If a account holder witness unable to be present then 2 account holders must be called and be an over the phone witness and they must verify the amount the account holder is allowed to take out via website. If at any point an account holder is found to be doing this too often by the majority of account holders they will be given what money they have left in account and removed from account holder status.

 

 

6) If at any time an account holder would no longer like to be an account holder they may do so and they will be removed from account and given what money they have left in account.

 

 

7) As an incentive to keep making minimum deposits and not withdrawal any money Christopher Webb will place $1.00 a week into all account holders money so long as his finances permits. He may also chose to stop if he wishes but any change or stop to this incentive will be explained in detail to all account holders.

 

 

8) Anything not covered in this will be decided by the majority of account holders. And any changes to this must be approved by the majority of account holders.

 

 

 

 

 

This is by no means the end all say all for this account and I'm well aware that much more may need to be added or changed. At this time no debit cards will be issued that will be something that needs to be talked about as a group.
